My stay at the Omni PGA Frisco had its ups and downs. On the positive side, the luxurious atmosphere and generous golf facilities made our visit memorable. However, we faced significant challenges with service efficiency and dining experiences that detracted from the overall enjoyment.
I was really excited about my stay, but it turned out to be a mixed bag. The spa facilities were heavenly, really calming and well-maintained, and the golf courses on-site were fantastic for my husband. However, the staff was a bit untrained which led to some frustrating experiences, especially when it came to dining options. Overall, while we had a good time, the lack of consistency in service quality was disappointing and needs improvement.
The spa hotel offers a luxurious setting with beautiful facilities and a focus on relaxation. The staff were lovely, always willing to help, and I particularly enjoyed the wellness offerings. However, the service at the bar and spa was inconsistent, which detracted from an otherwise wonderful experience. The restaurant dining left much to be desired in terms of food quality.
